Used to work in Federal Court system here,
A tweet lull of a day or two is not a sign of something wrong. As for HRC and BO tweeting, neither tweets daily even in the past (the Pres tweets daily whether he needs to or not-they have not in the past. )
As for "sealed indictments" we do not know for a fact that is what is listed on the docket sheet. These "sealed" records have the designation "cr" on them which means its a criminal case. All federal courts file cases, civil or criminal, in chronological order. Oldest to newest, and according to whether its civil or criminal. These sealed records are probably indictments, as its common for them to remain sealed until arrest and arraignment. But look at the case numbers. There are gaps. The numbers might go from 1-17 cr-209 to 210 but then skip to 215.Same for skipping to say 209 with the next filed as 798,So perhaps Mueller filed against say a Podesta, but then the US Attorney's office for DC then files say a drug case as 799. The docket sheet is for the court, not just for Mueller. Point is, all 12 sealed indictments may not be related to Saudi Arabia, or Uranium 1, etc.
Its more complicated when you consider multiple defendants may be charged in the same indictment (think Manafort and his assistant. ) So all we can do is wait and see. There might be
significant tactical reasons for holding back on some arrests (think smaller fish indicted first and given a chance to sing) These things can take months to come to light. Do we wish it was faster? Heck yes, but it is what it is.
