From what I've read, they're just well read when it comes to all the common theories posted in conspiracy/right wing political communities.
What is it about Q's posts that have you all so riled up compared to anyone else posting anonymously and claiming to have insider knowledge?

John Podesta has been photographed publicly since Q showed up.
It is really easy to post random questions about every politician/political topic under the sun and to have a few relevant events unfold in the days following.
Do I think it is possible that Q is legit? Yeah, of course. I'm just not convinced due to the scattershot approach to their posts and inconsistent accuracy.
