The Central Banks, and those families whose wealth is reliant on USD remaining the world reserve currency, are the biggest interests driving the Carbon Credit crap, the wars and slush funds because they need to find new bubbles to facilitate the movement of liquidity, which in turn helps to obfuscate their wealth while providing a false sense of relative scarcity/value of their inflationary fiat currencies.
For example, and in terms of environmental pacts, the "Cabal" is pushing shit like the Paris Accord, Carbon Credit DERIVATIVE schemes and carbon taxes as the best and only solution to so called climate change -Never mind science and technology, the banksters have a financial instrument and new 21st century regulatory redtape that will do a better job, guyz.

If these corporatist parasites have their way, and despite being the entities responsible for 2/3 of global carbon output, they will continue doing business as usual while making up the cost of carbon taxes with speculation in carbon credit bubbles...all while 7billion+++ human beings foot the bill for this so called "solution" to climate change; more poverty, less innovation, bleak future.
