It is very abnormal. As I and others have said in the past, having 15 sealed indictments at any one court at one time is the high side of what I know to be normal. We are averaging just over 26 sealed indictments for nearly a third of the federal courts. Podesta Group closing down within days of of this kind of uptick should speak volumes to anyone watching.
