Could KEYSTONE refer to the Keystone Pipeline?

By this, I mean to refer to the fact that Obama limited US Oil producers in an effort to increase US dependence on Saudi and OPEC?

• Restricting Mobil and others from exploration and drilling

• Using the EPA to punish organizations that stand in the way of OPEC's interests (this could be why Obama gutted the EPA)

• Allowing MB (Muslim Brotherhood) to overrun other major oil-producing countries who don't abide by OPEC's directives

Basically, Obama was able to win Lefties and Greenies over by appearing to be fighting for the environment, when in fact he was simply favoring Saudi and OPEC Oil.

Obama also allowed Putin to capture Crimea, and thereby control Europes Natural Gas supply.
