I think its a figure of speech, flying high= talking about the highest info conspiracy; most people would not be able to digest this, would flip out if they heard about satanist controlling the CIA and doing child sacrifices, most simple would never believe it.
These in the picture would indeed end up in hospital if they were to learn all about it through official channels.
