Obvious that the "Moore D. A. 12-22-77 Olde Hickory House" has been added. Two reasons I say this: 1.) Different color inks, 2.) I'm not a handwriting expert & it's obvious to me that it's two different writers. Just looking at the 7's will show you that! Roy's are flat-topped into 2 strokes and don't have a loop at the start point of the 7. The bottom ones are hooked into 3 strokes and do have a loop at the start point. Two DIFFERENT people wrote that!!
