Anons, here is what Q is saying in a nutshell. The elected Government is one big racketeering operation. Elected officials pass crappy laws and regulations and extort/collude with the monied interests to get favorable laws passed to exempt them from said crappy laws. In exchange the politicians get kickbacks through direct bribes to foundations or offshore accounts or with investments in hedgefunds that normals can't access.
What is the CIA? They are a bunch of assassins who made connections with the Mafia during WW2 to defeat the Nazis. Do you really think a bunch of assassins would be sayisfied living on a government salary? No Way! They are involved with every type of organized crime you can think of - the growth of crime in the U.S. parallels the growth of the CIA since WW2, mostly narcotics related.
