I have never trusted this Pope & he has always given me a creepy, crawly feeling whenever I see film or photos of him so I can join you guys in this theory.....but I refuse to go along with the no Jesus/God theory.

I'm with you on this. This crap that's getting tossed around about humans being space alien food is ridiculous.
I honestly don't think so......but that doesn't necessarily mean he isn't the man of peace that ends up bringing the Antichrist to the fore. If Trump's speech proclaims peace & security, esp. in the Middle East, I'm going to be seriously looking around at leaders across the world for the one that's going to emerge as Antichrist.
If in saying that you've shirked religion you mean that you don't subscribe to certain denominational rituals, no, I don't think you're being a hypocrit. I'm a devout Christian but I no longer attend church.....because there isn't one these days that's not filled with apostasy. BUT...I do live a simple life based on the teachings of the Bible, I read the Bible each day and I spend time helping others.
Well, in my belief, the NT is part of the Bible so, yeah, I need Jesus and that's they way it's going to stay for me. I also don't know why you're saying that the "blood sacrifice" of Christ is Roman idolatry since Jews in the OT were required, by God, to give blood sacrifices of animals.
