We're not supposed to replace the baby boomers. They were an anomaly and pushed societal capacity to it's limit. Once they die off, people will have normal fertility rates. Refugees not need.

The whole purpose of the refugee influx was for corporations to have cheap access to labor and financial institutions to saddle these new populations with lifetimes of debt. These expectations are cooked in the books and reflected in the markets.
