No - I think he's a filler. There's no such guy who's the same age, so it's a cover story. And it's not a coincidence that (((Lynn))) de Rothschild just flew to London. And Beth Rothschild (who wanted to be unnamed for the BBC news article) was reported to be driving to a "dog grooming event" when it happened, which doesn't sound correct...sounds forced, so it's also a cover story...they may both be dead...
