Many statements don't require input, like "graphic confirmed" so they are locked. They don't need to be changed. When answers have good courses and/or high confidence, there's no need to keep adding other answers. It's already a pretty big sheet so anons should focus on the questions that are either low -mid confidence or questions that have no answers at all.
