Someone said theycextracted that from an attached pic on the Podesta emails about 12 months ago, there's a green fuzzy version of it out there too. Think it was even posted about 7-8 threads ago.
Here's my thinking on it; we could not make head nor tail of it at the time we inferred nothing from it. The OP never really stuck around it was a hit and run post on reddit if I recall correctly in the /r/DNCLeaks . I think we concluded it was a shit msg to use stenography on, no further data revealed no actual msg we could infer why would you send this. John also seemed like a fucking n00b in terms of tech so is he really decoding encrypted images? Also look at the structure vs. The kek flag .. seemed a bit coincidental though I know both are based off real flags with meaning. So it got discarded into the annals of internet oddities but I remember it well.
I could be completely wrong and there could be a msg here, don't take our failure as proof there's far more pieces in play now perhaps more can be learned.
