If we had a rogue nation that shot missiles off all the time because the were trying to test there nuclear capabilities, that makes sense. But if the clowns ran NK and shot missiles off for test programs for space x and space weapons (sounds lame,cant think of a better term right now) then thats a perfect front.
Does that makes sense or am I reaching?
