The head of Lanng^hey black ops traditionally has been the Marine DIRINT after his rotation in that chair is up. So there are deep conndctions/family ties but alot of friction.
The White Hats fought the rogue elements & lost & were purged/sidelined. Stewart who is now at dee eye hey did most of the purging from the Marine oh two oh two community. He remains comfy in the new regime.
