from last thread, I wrote;I'm glad someone brought up the "boot" thing again. I was telling my wife about it and she disagreed strongly about even needing the boot. Apparently her first husband got in trouble more than a few times, and she said that he could always just cover of the "ankle bracelet" very easily under the pants leg. Now, with us making everything smaller, it really takes away the whole "boot hiding the monitor" thing. I'm not saying there isn't a reason for the boots, but it does put a different spin on it, does it Not?
Shit there's no stretch in believing this. Remember CIA/Army invented LSD in the 60's...they thought it would produce a "SUPER SOLDIER" one that could fight hader, take more bullets to kill, all kinds of shit like that...when they realized that didn't work that way, they released into the "public Domain" to cover their asses.
