At the close of their meeting, Kim also expressed the hope that Clinton would return to the North, both officially and unofficially — a hint at just how much the former president had ingratiated himself with the North Korean leader.

“He suggested that President Clinton visit again to tour someday when there were no problems in bilateral relations,” the memo said. “President Clinton said he would like someday to visit the beautiful seaside location depicted in the painting in the entry hall of the Paekhwanwon Guest House. Chairman Kim said he would show him a much more beautiful place, and that President Clinton should come back to the DPRK on holiday.”

Another visit would never happen, with Kim dying a little over two years later in 2011.

This current situation is, in large part, the result of old alliances breaking down and factions splitting off to confront/subvert each other. I have no doubt that Prince has more dirt on Company ops than is healthy. And he has access to a private secret army used to such things. He would be the ideal person to organize the extrajudicial operations element of this thing.
