Then I suspect that AI has been put in motion already. If they are indeed connected to CERN and the event, the WHITE RABBIT protocol is a link. Blue Gene/Q is a massive supercomputer pushed by IBM that has power enough for an AI to grow. If it was linked to a QC like D Wave, I think that would make for an AI that learns scary fast.
