The idea came because I thought I remembered the term Rizvi from before Q mentioned it recently. Here's what you'll find. Each of Q tips/lines, most from different posts, seem connected.

Importantly, as with many of these lines, the last 2 references to Rizvi are from completely different posts. Q asks a question and repeats the answer twice.
