refers to Tarot major arcana 4 (Emperor), 10 (Wheel of Fortune), 20 (Judgment). It would mean something to them. My faith prevents me from attempting a Tarot reading anymore.
I've read that Quantum Computers need to be kept free of mechanical vibrations, and near absolute zero temperature. A cold place (Antarctica?) facilitates the chilling.
