Those dots were puzzling me again. Then on an anon's Twitter account, I found the chart below, which was much more accurate : the dots are not all the same.

So I used the morse code and a scrambler and tada ! The first word you get with the letters obtained from the dots is : INDITED.

Which is basically INDICTED.

Is this the countdown to the first indictement ?

If so, there should soon be a "the silent war continues" ending with 3 dots 1 dot 3 dots 1 dot which is the letter C.
