So, now that I've found this Page again, I'll re-post something I posted in the old Thread, but didn't get one reply on. I'd really appreciate some serious Anons thoughts on this. I'm former LE, so really would like a LawFag to chime in here if possible. Any and all opinion or thoughts are appreciated though.
Anons, Something to think about. I may be way off base here, and some of you LawFags could maybe offer some clarification. We all know the current crop of commies that have been on TV the past two nights have been trying to out-commie each other (if you've been watching the cliff-notes on Fox of the debates). Being an old Anon, and a Conservative Patriot, I see what they are trying to do to our Country and Government, and I wonder how the hell our Country seems to now be on a very slippery slope, and there appears to be nothing to catch our fall towards becoming total communism/marxism. Hell, even the communist/marxist programming of our Kids seems to be almost complete. One of the candidates (chickenlooper?) even said that they all have to begin to deny that they are socialist, otherwise Conservatives and Republicans will take this and run with it, all the way through the Election. That is signaling and double-speak. Noting some (all..) of the commie horseshit that is being spewed, and knowing that most if it is completely Unconstitutional, or outright illegal, completely pisses me off, and yet, they get this crap off under the guise and facade of "politics". I was looking on the Web, regarding Laws in this Country regarding Communism being Illegal. While there are many other commie Articles addressed, and links to other commie/marxist Articles in this particular Page, the gist of the whole thing, in a nut-shell, is that the Communist Control Laws were enacted, and enforced for a few years, complete with Arrests, Prison Sentences, and Deportations. Later, a Federal Judge declared the Law(s) Unconstitutional, however the SCOTUS has never ruled on that, one way or the other, nor even approached the case. There was also push-back from the FBI, under Hoover, that the Law would cause the commies to go underground, making them harder to catch. With that in mind, looking at the actual law, a few of the Elements of the Act (or Law) provide Penalties of 5 years in Prison, and Fines up to 10k dollars for not registering with the DOJ as a commie. As well, once registered, it prevents said commie from runnning for ANY Political Office. Acccording to the Article, the Law is still on the Books, however it is simply not enforced. Despite being ruled Unconstitutional by a Federal Court, could a Prosecutor, using any Verbal or Videotaped Evidence of the communist agenda actions listed in the Law, or the Communist Manifesto, all of which are often presented in the speech and actions of current Elected Officials, or others hoping to be elected, be used as Evidence to fulfill the Elements of the Law, and then these un-declared Communist/Marxist pukes could be Arrested and tried for Communist Party Affiliations, in accordance with the Law itself? Sure, it would be challenged and elevated to the Supreme Court, however I'm thinkng that maybe it would be declared Constitutional, and ruled upon in a positive light.
I've been in the Military, I've worked in LE, and I currently work as a MIL Contractor. This is NOT what I fought for, and I swore an Oath (several times), to protect our Country from this shit! Now, I see it being openly pushed on our Countrys People, and it even seems to be embraced at some level. I know there are things in process, and someday they will come to pass, but this Anon is at the point of waging War if necessary to crush this shit! Could this existing Law be used effectively, given the in-your-face presentation of the Communist Agenda by these ass-hats? They call it "socialism" because that has no Criminal Penalties, yet they tow the Communist Party Line. Thoughts?

I'm actually hoping this topic has never been brought up, anywhere, because that may be precisely what POTUS is doing right now. He lived through those times as well, ad now that the word "Commuinist" has been used by at least three GOP and a couple of Fox Anchors and Guest Commentators, is it possible, or viable that this could be exactly what POTUS is planning, with the help of AG Barr, and a Conservative SCOTUS? Sure, it wouldn't lead to many deportations, and the Sentence is short, and fines are relatively small, but the disqualification from Political Office would be HUGE!
