I asked one of the local chain stores why stock was so low. They said all the stock they need is in the back and ask and they will go get it. I asked why isnt it out. Response was "Cant get anyone hired"

Many places where you used to be able to walk in and fill out an application is now an online thing. You never get called back because you dont fit into whatever matrix the forms are put through and they cannot hire from a local branch.
