schools should have very little govt regulation and none above the state level
since when does not wanting the schools taken over by communists in dc make me an anarchist?
if you read twitter replies a whole lot of the radical replies are from teachers
80 years ago 8th grade graduates in country schools knew more than high school grads do now
and they were taught by 18 year old teachers with a normal school teaching license
well then they would only be screwing up their kids

i was running a combine cutting OUR wheat in 1968
there was some gmo wheat found in 2019 but it was not entered into the food supply according to reports
farmers were told BEFORE planting gmo corn or soybeans that the seed was patented and they signed agreements not to save seed
just to be clear
i do not like gmo seeds either
spraying poison is not farming
i was just pointing out that our wheat is not gmo
which is said on a lot of comments on the internet
and we do not spray it with roundup to kill the weeds before harvest either
GE seeds are the same as GMO
some call the seed engineered some say modified
they have had modified wheat seed since the early 2000's but it was never approved for sale in the US because the foriegn buyers would not buy it
i do not know if canada ever approved it or not
where i am the wheat is all hard red winter wheat not spring wheat
to much poison sprayed instead of farming to control weeds etc
