Twitter OPs question/halp?

I'm currently looking for the best way to sign up for relatively sustainable ALT twitter accounts. I have tried setting them up using:

>ProtonMail

>mail.com

neither of which require a phone number to set up. BOTH have immediately either been kicked back!

 

Any information on the best ways to go about setting up burner accounts is what I'm after. If it's a step-by-step for trolls, or what have you. This is my next step towards testing out
