i understand the cops' frustration, but they seem to under the false impression that they were hired to make the streets
safe for cops. if they wanted a nice safe job, they should have been coal miners, or lumberjacks, or heavy construction workers
the POINT is that if you put YOUR safety above the safety of the public, then you have NO BUSINESS being a cop.
that is the ESSENCE of their job description.
the letter mentions ONLY pepper spray. they still got badges and billy clubs. i've seen the damage those can do first hand.

before you give carte blanche to homeschooling, you better consider the potential downside, and include
some common sense mandates for parents who home school their kids.
