from what I heard before, if you can't stay 6 feet from people, wear a mask. And I'd think that 6 feet is designed to protect against coughs and sneezes.
I don't think we should have these rules. But "6 feet or masks" makes some sense if you do have those rules.

Governors have made law without the legislature. How could that be constitutional?
If, theoretically, there is a true emergency situation, and action by the governor needs to be taken without the legislature, there should be a timeframe where you let the legislature give their input. Not 4 months. They could've had the legislature back in a week. Not 4 months.
I'm pretty old, I'm pretty sure that there used to be people on our side that used to sue governments for doing unconstitutional stuff.
