There is so much wrong with this tweet picture:

Looks like an awkward family photo with celebs.
The ratio of the height of Rita (5'7") to Tom (5' 11.5" - 6'0") is ~0.94.
In the Greece picture, measuring the distance from midway between the shoes to the top of the head of each - I get a ratio of ~0.90.
A picture of the two of them near together in CA, with similar sole thickness is attached, as well as a pic from 1990.
Rita (5'7") comes up to about mid nose or a little higher on Tom (6'0") in both pictures.
In the Greece picture, she comes up to the bottom of Tom's nose, barely.
(With dark hair, finding the top of Rita's head in a night picture might be difficult. Luckily, we have a distant light exactly over the middle of her head.)
Also, the Greek PM is 6'2"-6'3" (1.92m), yet Tom appears to be the same height despite being nearly 3 inches shorter.
