As related to the common cold or covid and exosome theory. I watched the available linked video (1 of 3, 2 n/a) Specificity is LOW here. Exosome theory does not account for something like rabies, for example. Also a virus, but less subtle and a lot more of a crisis. Nor is it a nearly universal seasonal phenomena, as is the common cold or flu. The nice (benign) "natural" explanation seems to fall short here.
