DMV has voter registration rolls

It's agreed that everyone could get a mail-in voter form in the mail.

Just mail every registered voter a private key

at each DMV have a public key associated with each registered voter

the private key has to match the public key or the vote won't submit

everyone can log on and vote from home.

if more than "x" votes per home, red-flag is raised.

This is about as secure as you're going to get. It's how Google verifies user authenticity currently. Each IP gets logged to the voter for audit purposes. Even before the voting date, people could request 2-way verification be sent to their cell phones.

I have a friend who is 7' tall and over 550lbs

He naturally bench presses over 600lbs without any consistent effort.

When I'm around him, I'm convinced that there is some other gene pool that makes up all of us here on earth. There's no way he's the same species as me and I'm a fairly big person. He's not mean though and he's incredibly intelligent. No weird growth hormone imbalance or anything, just a huge person. You can't tell me that him and a 4'10" pygmy are the same creatures. I'd sooner believe a cat and a dog are closer related as they both have 4 legs and a tail.

That's why I suggested IP registration for each voter through the Public/Private key authentication. The problem is people submitting 100's or 1000's of votes at a time in stacks. This would eliminate that problem completely as IP's show up as residential or commercial and can be tracked to a location. It would be extremely difficult to commit enough voter fraud to make an impact, not to say none would happen, but they would need a private key for each voter and a residential IP to submit the vote from that hadn't already been saturated with votes. If any single IP got over 10 votes it would alert or whatever number seems reasonable.

It's a more secure way of voting than showing up at the voting booths as anyone can just say they're someone and walk right in so long as they have a name to offer.

I invite to use my method, copy the phrase, find matching typo, spacing & all, then your set.

For this one it came instantly, it was easy, people in France have been looking for french names in the epstein flight log. This one seems deeply implicated since he's a "model scout"
