POTUS mentioned plasma several times recently, I came across this documentary showing the big business in selling blood, making drugs from plasma. And of course the involvement of the Red Cross.

I had no idea this was even an industry, let alone he huge money. Most of the blood comes from poor neighbourhoods in USA.
