Something tells me DHS is sussing out the inconsistencies in the testing and what exactly is behind it. We've all seen the stories in multiple states of people signing up for tests, leaving (because it was taking too long) before actually being tested, and getting a call later that their non-existent test came back positive. It will be interesting to finally get to the bottom of this, within a month i'd say.
