That’s possible, of course, but with USSS focused on the Rose Garden, I think that much harder to pull off. Depends greatly on the volume of material entailed, its storage, and delivery mechanism - I don’t have a good feel for how much volume of carrier liquid to aerosolize might be needed to dispense the viral material in an unenclosed space. A perfume bottle is one thing; a bathtub is another. Maybe it’s achievable, technically; but you need to wrestle with how it might be accomplished surreptitiously. Better, perhaps, to aim for a location that’s away from the major event site.
