Adnan Khasshogi involved in Reagan DOJ theft of Inslaw PROMIS software, backdooring it, and its subsequent sale to countries which would later warn the US about 9/11, and theft by the USSR (likely via Israel, Project Talpiot See Brendan O'Connell's channel ). PROMIS was alleged to have the capability of tracking financial transactions in real time.
