I know I'm way behind, but wanted to add what I know in re this.

I'm familiar with the area. Actually been digging into it for a couple of months, ever since one of you fags mentioned that Parkland FL looked like a big nest of spooks. Activated my almonds immediately in re Ooltewah/Collegedale, because I suspected the same about it.

Ooltewah is commonly held to mean something like "Owl's nest" in the local native language–and all the local school mascots are owls. Only, there's zero linguistic evidence supporting that. Seems like someone just made it up at some point, for some bizarre reason, and it stuck. While I'm mentioning local schools, search for "ooltewah basketball gatlinburg rape." I've heard stories like that for years, stories always told as though that sort of thing was "normal." Only those didn't make the news or result in arraignments.

Ooltewah was the county seat of James county, formed 1871 & absorbed by Hamilton county in 1919–both significant years, ne? The courthouse of James county burned down twice; once in 1890, and again in 1913 (big significant year). Both times, all records contained within were lost. James county was disbanded because of… bankruptcy.

As for Collegedale, it's basically the Southern Command of the Seventh-Day Adventists. Their other capital being… Battle Creek, Michigan. Not to throw shade on any SDAs here–some of you are cool. But some of you are very, very weird. And there's the obvious Michigan link.

Will end my wall of text with two personal, hopefully non-doxing anecdotes about the area.

First, I spent some of my childhood only one block away from where the crash "victim" lived–at the home of a friend. That friend tried to rape and/or drown me later. We were both GATE. His mom was the GATE teacher. Take of that what you will.

Second, I once met my very own Eleven in an area closer to the airport. Was driving on the way to some chore, saw this girl on the side of the road looking confused & lost. Head completely shaved. Stopped to ask if she was okay. Seemed retarded, but obviously wasn't Down Syndrome or anything like that. Gave her a ride to someplace & forgot about it, but then I kept running into her after that. Every time I did, she'd ask me to be her boyfriend–and I'd politely decline. Didn't think anything about how weird all that was until recently.

Don't know if this crash itself is important or not, but it did remind me that Ooltewah/Collegedale is fucking weird as hell. Throwing this out here in hopes that someone more autistic than I can find more.
