Interestingly enough, this tech was theorized by some to have been used on Saddam's troops. Saddam promised the "mother of all battles" (MOAB? hmmm) but his troops, for some reason, surrendered without much resistance. Supposedly the US set up a radio transmitter that overpowered the one being used to send their orders, and along with confusing false orders etc, embedded these modulated carrier signals into the transmission to induce emotional states in the troops.
