This is disappointing. I wish we were taking them into custody rather than catch-and-release. There's just a few hundred of them. Can't we hold them in custody until their court dates? And that would be a disincentive for those following.

They're coming from a safe country, Mexico, and so they should not be eligible for asylum in the next country, USA.
