The Biden's are owned by China, but who owns China?

I'm posting an article from Oct, 1993 (Clinton Admin) which claims Israel was selling US military secrets to China. Now why would they do that? Money? Huh, America ships money by the bargeload to the kosher kingdom every year. WHY?

And are they still doing it? I would say likely.
