Noticed a site wide issue regarding images. Listened to Jim today on a podcast he had done a few days ago. He mention that there were still issues with stack over flows. Have had some suspicions about images that appear repeatedly on the board which was the starting point, However not see this is the entire problem. The images supplied above show test post of a PNG image posted to the board a few hours ago. I made sure to check as you can see before loading this image was exclusively a PNG image. When I posted to the Qresearch board, checking the image info again the image was converted to a JPEG. Checking other boards for the same anomaly it appears all images are being shown in file ID as either PNG or JPG, however the details in all under type show JPEG.
Found some research on issues such as this the information is attached. It would appear if this issue can be cleared up site wide, that perhaps Jim doesn't need to invest in additional servers as was suggested. This may also be part of the message from Q to clean the bread and tidy up the ship.
Not sure if there is anyway to ban the use of JPEG in order to prevent further occurrences, I'll leave that up to you to decide. Hopefully this information helps solve the problems that have been occurring as of late. Appreciate the work you have been doing to keep thing moving along.
