Seconds 0: Woman is completely surrounded. All individuals around her are facing out away from her! Individual behind camera just "happens" to be filming this whole scene with her in the middle of the frame (even though not visible). What's he filming before the shots? Nothing.
Seconds 1-2: Individual on right pulls dark (black?) object out of red/black bag. Individual second to the right appears to be in on this. Individual on right at roughly the time it would take to finish the arm extension of whatever he pulled out of the bag, the bang sound occurs. Man in back and middle with red hat in hand and backpack FACING THE WALL inexplicably. Would you be facing the wall in this situation?
Seconds 3: "Oh that sounds like a fucking gun went off" Who talks like this? This is the same "bloody hand" guy seen later attempting to gin up the crowd. Strange handoff between two guys on the right and red jacket guy entering frame. Strange behavior by second guy to the right, doesn't turn around to see what happened or look at the woman who just fell (presumably.) No one screams or gasps? No one drops to the ground? No one bolts? No one covers their ears? Police were right there, do we think the police really shot this woman who was just (presumably) standing there, in the back of the neck? That this was where the police drew the line on deadly force usage?
Seconds 4-5: Weirdest reactions I have ever seen to a close quarter gunshot fire. Who would behave this way? They're acting like she just tripped and stubbed her toe.
Seconds 23: Bloody Hand guy: "There's an active shooter here, get her down!" Yet another weird thing to say. No adrenaline quiver, no hint of fear. She's also already down when he says this and he can see this. Get her down where? This guy is pretending it's an action movie.
Seconds 28: "Flashlight flashlight" Listen and hear the urgency and fear, compare to the Bloody hand guy. Flashlight guy isn't in on it.
