Old, Tired and Out of Breath – Biden Struggles to Answer One Question From Reporter After Getting Second Dose of Covid Vaccine

78-year-old Joe Biden looked old, tired and out of breath after he got his second dose of the Covid vaccine on Monday.

Biden’s handler tried to shoo away the press but old Joe decided to answer a softball question from a sycophantic reporter.

“Are you afraid of taking the oath outside?” a reporter asked Biden, obviously teeing him up to attack Trump supporters as violent terrorists.

Biden was out of breath and looked lost as he answered the reporter.

We’re expected to believe this senile fool got 81 million votes.

== DC mayor tells all Americans to stay out of the city on Inauguration Day, cal

Inauguration Day is usually one where hundreds of thousands of people from both parties pack the National Mall to celebrate the swearing in of the president. It's marked by celebrations, parades, concerts, and other events.

But not this year.

President-elect Joe Biden and his team already announced the event would be scaled back due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Now the mayor of Washington, D.C., is looking to make it even smaller by asking everybody to stay put and avoid the capital city, and she is calling for a massive increase in the already significant federal security presence.

What did she say?

At a news conference Monday, Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser urged Americans to stay away from the Jan. 20 Inauguration.

The mayor said she was worried about a repeat of what the world saw at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday because, she said, "Trumpism won't die on Jan. 20."

"If I'm scared of anything, it's for our democracy," Bowser said, "because we have very extreme factions in our country that are armed and dangerous."

Her statement echoed what she told CBS' "Face the Nation" Sunday:

I think what we have seen is real domestic terrorism in our nation's capital, and that's what we need to call it. Who we saw charging the Capitol building were trained people in many cases — former military, former law enforcement. I think we may find other trained people, trained at marching and surging and sieging buildings. So we have to take it seriously. We, too, have to take seriously how we're spreading our resources. That's why we're very focused on making sure that the federal government is providing enough coverage for federal facilities, including the Capitol, but many federal buildings across the district so that other law enforcement, our law enforcement can focus on other threats across the district's eight wards.

With that mindset, the mayor declared, "Our goals right now are to encourage Americans to participate virtually and to protect the District of Columbia from a repeat of the violent insurrection experienced at the Capitol and its grounds."

Bowser also asked the Department of Homeland Security extend the span of time and perimeter for the Inauguration's "national special security event" designation and told CBS News that she want the president to "declare a pre-emergency declaration" for the district that will allow for greater federal coordination.

CNN reported that the Pentagon is considering boosting the number of guardsman in the city to 13,000 for the Inauguration, up from about 7,000 that were planned before Wednesday's riots.

He's Coming For Our Guns: Biden's Promise To 'Defeat The NRA' Is Part Of His Transformation Of America

Biden’s official Twitter account responded to former Rep. Gabby Gifford (D-Ariz.), who was one of 14 people shot by Jared Lee Loughner in Tucson in 2011. Giffords had described how her life and community “changed forever.”

“But the attack did not break me—or the people I represented in Congress. We came together, turned pain into purpose, and found hope in each other,” she said, adding that she proceeds to work to “achieve a safer America.”

Biden then responded, saying: “Your perseverance and immeasurable courage continue to inspire me and millions of others. I pledge to continue to work with you—and with survivors, families, and advocates across the country—to defeat the NRA and end our epidemic of gun violence.”

The NRA, which has more than 5 million members, attempts to guard and educate about people’s Second Amendment rights.

The association didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment on Biden’s comment but its lobbying arm recently issued an article stating that Biden would “begin a concerted

attack on the rights of American gun owners” after officially taking office.

“We must be ready for the onslaught,” the post states, claiming that a Biden administration, if officials get their way, “will ban and confiscate the most-commonly owned rifle in the United States” and “will arbitrarily limit the number of guns that can be bought per month,” among different measures.

Biden’s website says he is planning to finish “our gun violence epidemic” and boasts that he has challenged the NRA twice and won, referring to his help approving the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act in 1993 and in passing a 10-year ban on some weapons and magazines the next year.

“As president, Joe Biden will defeat the NRA again,” the site states.

Some of the plans include forbidding the manufacture and sale of so-called assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, limiting the number of guns one may buy per month to one, and forbidding people convicted of hate crimes from holding guns.

In the background, at a news conference on January 7th, President-elect Joe Biden stated he will nominate U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Judge Merrick Garland for Attorney General. Biden’s selection of a noted Second Amendment disputant to head the

Department of Justice is an overt assault on gun rights and gun owners.

After the death of the U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia in February 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Garland as Justice Scalia’s replacement. With an understanding of Garland’s unacceptable jurisprudence, NRA firmly rejected Garland’s naming and the Senate wisely decided not to consider the nomination.

JPMorgan joins Citibank in stopping donations to the 'treason caucus' who voted to overturn the election - as online finance firm Stripe announces they will no longer process payments for Trump campaign website

More big businesses continued a boycott on Sunday of Republican members of Congress who followed Donald Trump's demands and voted to overturn the election.

JPMorgan Chase said that it will pause all contributions from its political action committee for at least the next six months, saying 'the focus of business leaders, political leaders, civic leaders right now should be on governing and getting help to those who desperately need it most right now. There will be plenty of time for campaigning later.'

U.S. digital payments company Stripe is to also stop processing payments for Trump's campaign website following the riot, a company spokesperson said.

Trump was still fundraising after the November 3rd election, apparently to build a legal fund to be used for election challenges, but the money was also to be used for travel and political activities in the future, including a possible 2024 presidential run.

Citigroup Inc said in a memo to employees that it had reviewed lawmakers who led the charge against the certification of the Electoral College results and found it gave $1,000 to the campaign of Republican Senator Josh Hawley because the senator represented Missouri where it has 'significant employee presence.'

'We want you to be assured that we will not support candidates who do not respect the rule of law,' wrote Candi Wolff, head of Citi's global government affairs.

'We intend to pause our contributions during the quarter as the country goes through the Presidential transition and hopefully emerges from these events stronger and more united.'

Hotel giant Marriott, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and Commerce Bancshare, the parent company of Commerce Bank and other community banks have all said they too are suspending donations to the group dubbed 'the treason caucus' by critics.

'We have taken the destructive events at the Capitol to undermine a legitimate and fair election into consideration and will be pausing political giving from our Political Action Committee to those who voted against certification of the election,' Marriott spokeswoman Connie Kim said.

Arizona Librarian Fired for Push to Keep Politics Out of Libraries

'Our job as librarians is to provide access to information from all points of view'

An Arizona librarian was fired after he called for libraries to be apolitical spaces.

In July, Arizona librarian Ron Kelley received an email from the American Library Association—the largest librarian association in the world—soliciting individuals to join the Black Lives Matter movement. Kelley, who had served in his position for nine years, replied to the list-serve with an email titled "Keep Politics Off This Discussion Group," in which he argued that libraries should remain neutral and apolitical. Following two complaints to the Flagstaff Library regarding his email, Kelley was fired from his job.

Prior to Kelley's removal, the American Library Association released material instructing employees to embrace "critical librarianship," which asks libraries and librarians to analyze how they "consciously and unconsciously support systems of oppression." Its core tenet is that neutrality harms oppressed groups. As one Portland librarian put it in the American Libraries magazine, remaining neutral as a librarian "upholds inequality and represents indifference to the marginalization of members of our community."

Kelley told the Washington Free Beacon that this idea was wrongheaded.

"Our job as librarians is to provide access to information from all points of view, and let people make up their own minds," he said. Critical librarianship is "rejecting neutrality in the library. This goes against what the premise of a free society and what a library should be."

Under the auspices of "critical librarianship," the American Library Association has in recent years attacked "the gender binary" as an outdated, oppressive concept. The organization also promotes "drag queen story hours" across the nation and calls for maintaining "queer and trans of color archives" and "naming and calling out microaggressions."

Kelley told the Free Beacon he was perplexed that a drag-queen story hour can take place in a public library but that defending viewpoint neutrality leaves him without a job.

The Flagstaff Public Library could not be reached for comment.

Biden’s Pentagon Pick Could Cash in $1.7M From Leaving Current Job

Retired general Lloyd Austin, Joe Biden's nominee for secretary of defense, could collect up to $1.7 million from leaving his job at a defense contracting giant.

According to public financial disclosures first reported by the Hill, Austin's stock holdings as a sitting board member of Raytheon Technologies could range from $800,000 to $1.7 million. To avoid a conflict of interest as the secretary of defense, Austin would need to cash out his stock options to take the top post at the Pentagon. The retired general sits on an advisory board for fellow defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton, in addition to ties with Pine Island Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm—posts that he took up after his 2016 retirement.

Austin has also received criticism for his judgment as a general. While leading the U.S. Central Command in Afghanistan and Iraq, two different congressional probes accused the general of suppressing key intelligence regarding the growing threat of ISIS.

As a recently retired general, Austin also raises bipartisan concern about civilian control of the Pentagon. In order to take up the post, Congress will need to grant a special waiver to Austin that has only been authorized two other times in American history. Most recently, Congress granted the waiver to former secretary of defense Jim Mattis in 2017.

BIG TECH EXODUS: Gab Reportedly Receiving ‘Thousands’ Of Resumes From Silicon Valley Employees As Facebook, Twitter Stock Prices Plunge

Panic and internal strife at far-left Big Tech corporations cited as impetus for mass influx of resumes to Gab, which has exploded in size over the past week

Free speech social media platform Gab.com is reportedly receiving requests from “thousands of people” employed in the Silicon valley tech industry as the website explodes in popularity, amidst the latest wave of censorious new policies deployed by fringe-left executives at Big Tech monopolies such as Facebook and Twitter.

The official Gab Twitter account first reported over the weekend that the company was receiving requests for employment from large numbers of employees in the tech industry:

“Silicon Valley should see our inbox right now. Looks like half of their employees want to leave and come work for Gab. Panic in SV!”

Gab further elaborated on the news in a follow-up tweet: “We are getting resumes from senior level employees at Big Tech companies. Hearing that many people are putting in their two weeks too. Internal civil war among staff and executives. Panic in Silicon Valley. The house of cards falls. The exodus has begun.”

Most recently, Gab revealed on Monday that the numbers of people seeking to leave their jobs in Big Tech and find employment at Gab had swelled into the thousands, stating “I think half of Silicon Valley just reached out looking for a job, I’m not joking. It’s thousands of people. Panic in the Valley! We will be hiring American citizens Will get back to folks as soon as we are able to.”

Over the weekend, Gab fulfilled the promise of founder and CEO Andrew Torba to add an additional ten servers to the website in an effort to handle the tremendous influx in traffic seen over the past few days.

As National File reported, Gab had previously promised to upgrade the server system after reportedly speaking with President Donald Trump’s team about a possible move to the platform after last week’s Facebook and Twitter purge.

Both Twitter and Facebook have seen stock prices plunge after fanatically purging non-liberal content from their websites.
