Anons, help me understand this theory that some are pushing. Under what scenario would Trump and the Military still be operating on their own set of plans?

-those plans would now be 'rogue' in nature

-plans would have to include some top level control of mil assets, but those top level people will be gettin replaced now

If the only way was Military, how does Trump still have that option?
