Note the fragments of two pics that appeared in the pic of Q 1316. These may be recognizable. Have not compared with London Pics - esp those related via post sequencing and which feature what are apparently non-London locations.
In one of the UK breads, had posted all the London Pics in a single graphic that included these related pics/posts. Keep in mind that, unlike expositions in text, pics do not provide direct context, just facts captured within frames. Such facts are without meaning when out of context. It can seem random and half-hazard re coincidental when a series of pics are lined-up without a narrative or story to make sense of each frame. Think movies. Think quick cuts. And then think slo-mo and lingering on scenes as a contra-point to action. Sometimes stillness implies action outside of frame. Think soundtrack. Each instance of a pic without text makes this impression on me. Perhaps too subjective. Easily we are immersed inside a pic and jump to conclusions based on first and/or superficial impressions. When Q pics are confirmed, or observations are confirmed, Q provides a sort of stress relief, as in quick cuts in a movie, but then when we are left with stillness, i.e. no confirmation, the action must take place outside of frame - we do the rearch to place the pic in time/space - and the context is just out of the shot.
Think of those fragments in Q 1316. Now, review how Anons have examined the London pics and found much significance either just outside the frame or within the edges of the frame of each pic. Coincidence? Method.

Now, recall that Q described the small group of people who had the full pic and made a distinction between this group and operators or potential operators. Obviously, the latter saw/got fragments, not the full picture, just as anons have been dropped pieces of the 40,000 ft view. Not only must the full pic be guarded carefully from the opponents, but also from operators, and from anons. We will only recieve bits and pieces. The full pic is reserved for a small group of people - more than 5 and less than 10, ie. bookend the range as 6 to 9.
This, in my view, helped to confirm the very notion of imposing upon the drops, especially the pics, the concent of an interval, a boundary, or as we have been describing the 'not later than' and the 'not after' dates assigned to London pics, the bookends.
AGAIN, pics provide frames, not context, and as such the evidence within the frames provides facts that need to be given context – or to put it another way, facts that take their context from the wider, fuller, picture that we can not see nor discern directly. On the other hand, there are two contrasting meanings that can become confused in common usage.
