they have a bunch of different methods.
the most clear one is to try to culivate a sense of a 'we' so they can tag a name on it and then try to either groom people for being framed or to 'control' the 'weak minds' that they find because we are 'sheep' and they are the masters.
but the aren't really masters, they are slaves.
