A person's signature does not need to be legible; it does not need to contain all the letters in their name. A signature is a symbol; an image, rather than a printed record of their name. I served the public as a Notary Public for many years. Many people's signatures are entirely illegible.
The preferred signature for most legal documents is one's "usual and customary" signature.
