archive today and archive.is and all their other extensions are blocked by cloudflare dns and many isp's.
you will need to either change your dns or use a vpn maybe both to continue accessing that archiver.

the "delayed choice" version just makes it all the weirder, the particle knows whether we are going to observe it even when the observation isnt decided or made until after the fact
put it this way. they observes all passages. the use a RNG to randomly dispose of half the observations data. so now effectively they only have the 'which way' data for a random half of the passages. those half are particles, the other half behaves as waves., even though ALL were recorded. the only difference is the knowledge the humans gained based on what they deleted before viewing AFTER THE FACT.
