Richard Citizen on Telegram is reporting more from ground in DC. White House has no lights on. It's gloomy outside and lights would be clearly seen. I confirmed on live web cam.

He also shows (new?) pedestrian fencing, concrete barriers and tents. He said it reminds him of what you would see at a state fair.

Show the staging area in front of WH again. Reports say it's being disassembled but other images still show people paving. (Guards).
