DNI Ratcliffe had to report on Jan.19 about any foreign interference in the election, by executive order. The report (not fully released) is likely to have shown clear interference. That information is now in the hands of the military, to consider among other variables during the transfer of power. The transfer of power to Biden confirmed and consolidated the interference, leaving the responsiblity on what to do with the military.

If the military beleive the civilain authority acted on faulty information (election results) the military would be required to take whatever steps were necessary to protect the country and restore legitimate civilian authority. Until that happens, the military is in control. That includes the chain of launch command for nuclear codes. Cheyenne Mountain has been on continual lockdown since last spring.

The actions by Biden since swearing in so far have underscored foreign interest groups who were behind the election steal. These foreign interest groups represent a military threat to the sovereignty and security of the United States. Military response has therefore been in unbroken control since 12:00 noon on January 20.
