Got a brief vid to drop. Hoping you'd be about to possibly provide some observs re MILLBANK TOWER.
Reviewed some open surce vids of vicinity of London Pics and came across an observation that might help use MILLBANK TOWER lights as another means for dating pics moar narrowly.
Also, recalled that anons had linked SOROS with this building. Wondering if also can link DOMINION or related as well - as the CAN thread did find the kissing cousins comfy in same building/floors.
If CAN and UK, then, possibly AUS and NZ as well. If NZ anons are about, could take another look at the largely empty tower that houses the NZ high commission in London and which appeared in CH1.
Has any anon noticed connexions between AUS or NZ or CAN - as the 'juniors' of 5EYES - and the London Pic venues?

When it comes the Millbank lights, noticed the big diff between LISAMI6 and the other EMB pics. We have discussed it before, however, wondering if the notion of a public awakening could be interpreted as a hint for time of day as well. Recall discussions about the Corinthia Hotel lights/windows as well.
The sauce vid for the embed vid was taken in MAY 2011 but has such a great view of Millbanks that I've used it as a gud reference for the pre-2013/2014 bookends and for sandmap. If Anons have come across moar recent vids or pics that show the ighting - especially with gud clues as to time of day - please post links/embeds.

Candidates for that lit-up object incude buildings on the other side of THAMES and beyond WESTMINSTER BRIDGE. And between ST THOMAS HOSPITAL and WESTMINSTER PALACE - or the park along the shoreline which in the Q pics is obscured by PARLIAMENTARY buildings.
Given the redish stonework on facade of Westminster Tower, this may be a gud prospect for the ambiguously purplish object in the Q pics. Located on ALBERT EMBANKMENT near the entrance to Lambeth Bridge. This situates it fairly well re St Thomas' which is also in the Q pic.
Anon, you might take a looksee for night shots either from the bridge or from the park on the shore other side of THAMES. Prolly the object is lit with floodlights from ground level.
Prolly shoulda turned that map 180. Here's another view same area, turned to match view in Q pic, generally.
That was my first guess, because of the reddish facade and many windows, however, got another candidate.

LOGO colour is a dark pink.
Used inside and outside of hotel.
Facade is pinkish and, if lit for it, could make a match.

The reverse view, from the upper floors on the river side of the hotel, and facing toward CHARING CROSS STATION - i.e. the spot from which Q pics were taken - lines-up very well with the approximate location of the purplish object. See pics. Could plot a line and compare with EMB pics, not too shabby, and then there's the view of MILLBANK TOWER.

CROWNE was the 1st 'luxury' hotel in that part of London.
There was some local controversy before development was approved by Lambeth govt in 2013 so the thing got delayed a bit.
That delay shows up in pictorial evidence.

Yeh, MILLBANK is a bit of a shell game for those in the game. Conservative Party and SOROS. Not quite office-mates - as in BIDEN and his CHICOM buddies - but bit too close for coincidence.
So the CROWNE is situated nicely for our purposes and its colour is a fair match to the object in the EMB pics, BUT…

Hotel developers were fairly aggressive in getting their projects underway in the past half decade or so. Lots of buildings in need of upgrades or replacement, in that part of LAMBETH.

Mostly the story is about a different building where the developers wanted to add moar levels. But near the bottom is a bit about the building that would become the CROWNE.
Later in the evening a proposal to vary an existing permission for the redevelopment of Wah Kwong House at 10 Albert Embankment, to allow for the new building to operate as hotel rather than the agreed apart-hotel was approved despite objections from neighbours about possible kitchen smells.
The Streetview images show that the development was delayed even though the building was taken down in 2013/2014.
During that period perhaps it was shrouded and lit up with the CROWNE'S dark pink.
SV images leave a gap, of course, for winter 2013/2014. So far have not found night views during demolition period. But got a vid that shows view from front window of car travelling along the roadway at riverside. Confirms late 2013 work underway.
See SV pics. If you'd take a look in GOOMAPS you'd locate the old FIRE BRIGADE building - gray in colour - and the TEXACO gas station. The CROWNE location is about half way between those two sites.

Here's the drive-by vid. Got to mark 23 mins 5 secs, drive past the large gray building, continue to the Texaco at mark 23 mins 55 secs. Then reverse to the blue hoarding. The CROWNE site is a bit farther behind and to the left of the trees at mark 23 mins 23 secs. Those minute or so ov recording shows lots of development underway in that short space along the riverside. The Fire Brigade building was also up for grabs at that time.

On the edge of the interval we hve been digging - winter 2013/2014. Apart from timing, this vid gives a feel for distances and time to travel on the roadways.

So the purplish object in the EMB pics might be the site of the demolition of the old building prior to the new CROWNE being erected in its place. If the demolition was shrouded, the site might have sported the corporate colour for awhile. Recall how the LSQ site in the RED BUS pic would be shrouded with images of blackbirds; and how the BIG BEN rooftop work was / is shrouded and lit-up at night.
But this is spec. Need some pictorial evidence of the pink on display during winter 2013/2014.
Meanwhile the reddish facade of WESTMINSTER TOWER might still be in the running.
Could also be something on the river, such as a well-lit cruiser. If that was so, then, the schedule of trips might be key to dating the pics. Or at least figuring the time of night, more or less.
The vu from CROWNE toward CHARING CROSS is one thing, but check out the view toward MILLBANK.
Night vu from CROWNE shows the MILLBANK lights on upper floors. Pattern is pretty common across years.

There was a riot at Millbank, I think. More than 10 years ago. On the roof. Target was the CONSERVATIVES or LABOUR coz of some financial policy that upset a union or something. Coulda been teachers or students.
