when there are important cases before the SC, and SC justices get deposed (resign, arrest, etc.) and now the guy/girl who would appoint justices has a conflict of interest, being a subject of the cases, and cannot. gets even more cliffhanger if they 25th bidan first and try to stick in harris.
perhaps we will see that the BAR retirement funds bought into the FB and GOOG and twit IPOs on inside information, knowing that those entities were stolen from leader technologies by one of BC's pet attorneys for "defense uses" and then stolen from the public by the fradulent IPOs. would seem to disqualify the entire judiciary down to the dog catcher level.
